I am interested in learning more about 2 plots of land that my father purchased from Magnuson Corporation as agent for Bahama Acres Limited in the late 1960's in a development area called Bahama Sound No. Ocean Addition East. The property location is on Chenille Road off of Greenbriar Drive on the Bahama Sound of Exuma.
I am interested in knowing what the value is in today's market, if the roads are fully developed & with utility accessability for house development. I have all the lot information, contracts, deeds, etc.
