    Default cheap lots in exuma!

    hi all,
    can anyone help me with a question.why are there lots for sale so cheap in great exuma! i am looking to buy and find lots for sale at around $10,000 yet if i look for a house they are around 300,000 this does'nt make sense to me..is there a catch is it a good investment? . thanks in advance mark m.

    The $10,000 lot is probably in the middle of nowhere with no utilities and its very expensive to build here.
