I am looking to buy a plot of land on Long Island in cash max 20K. It does not have to have infrustructure as I will only end up building in 10+ years.

Either elevated or very close to beach. Can any one help or give me advise? I plan to visit soon and have contacted real eestate people and they all seem to have the same lisitngs. Anyone have some I dont know about?
