Default Where to swim with dolphins?

I have booked a trip to the Wyndham Crystal Palace in Nassau for July and would like to know where the closest place to book a tour to swim with the dolphins would be. If anyone has a website or name or a place where we can do this please let me know. Also, if anyone has stayed here and can tell me first if it is a nice place for a vacation with teenagers and secondly, do we relly need acr to get around or will it get too expensive without one. We would like to go downtown to the straw market and to the Atlantis resort. Thanks for any help.

Dophin encounters are available at Blue Lagoon Island, also known under its official name Salt Cay, only three miles (about 20 minutes by boat) from Paradise Island and Nassau, Bahamas. The boat departure dock/check-in area is located at the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal (One Marina Drive), which is the only building between the two bridges on Paradise Island. Departure times are: 8:30am, 10:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm. It"s recommended that you arrive 30 minutes before your intended departure time. Price $20 incl. boat round-trip to the Island.
Jitney (Buses) are cheap and reliable.

Thank you for the information... can you swim with the dolphins on this boat or is it a dolphin watching boat trip?

    Default Swimming with dolphins

If I am not mistaken, and correct me if I'm wrong, I believe there is an extra cost if you actually want to swim with the dolphins.

Default Staying at the Crystal Palace

My wife and I spent 7 days in Nassau at Club Breezes. While there we visited the Crystal Palace and were quite impressed. It's a beautiful resort. Theres plenty to do for both adults and teens.
Driving in Nassau is a little scary, maybe it's because I'm used to driving on the right side of the road. I found the roads narrow and drivers reckless. That being said, I noticed many tourists renting scooters to get around. Personnaly we just took the number 10 bus at a dollar each and travelled downtown that way.
