Dining + Fishing

We are a danish family visiting Bahamas ( Abaco ) for the first time.
We are interested in knowing a little about the island. We are staying at
at the Treasure Cay Hotel & Resort in an apartment. We would like to know though how the dining possibilities are in this area.

We would also like to know if we could get a recommendation as to
which bonefishing guide we should book - and if we need to book prior to arrival(were going in late march 05).

Would also like to hear from anyone that has experienced the deep-sea fishing at Abaco - and a possible recommendation.
