Pick up a BATELCO calling card when you arrive.. it will work on calls to the entire US.
You can find them in most souvenier shops and pharmacies.

You can now just go online and buy the BTC prepaid card or even easier the EZ Top Up online. Just go over to Bahamas EZ Top Up Online
