Looking for a company/individual (preferably resident in any off-shore location with good banking infrastructure).

Those interested should have experience in...
* Contracting for commodities (Urea, Wheat, Rice, Sugar..etc).
* Banking expertise wrt LC's, PB's.
* Transaction relevant documentation (POP, Shipping & other docs).

Responsibilities will entail:
* To review, amend (if needed) sign contracts (sent to them).
* Working with banks & other institutions independantly to ensure successful contract closures.
* Handle all details wrt contract execution & any other requirements as might be forwarded to them.

Remuneration will be on per MT of commodity transacted successfully. fyi - qtys are in large volumes for ongoing business projects. Speed, Skill & expertise is a must.
