Do the ferries fron McLeans town stop in Marsh Harbour or only on the northern end?
No. The small ferry only plys between Fox Town on the northern tip of Little Abaco to McLeans Town GBI. Connection to Marsh Harbour is by road and is a long journey (and expensive) by taxi. Hope this helps.
