Public bathing facilities

I am going to the Bahamas late winter and would like to know what I need to prepare for to bath. We will be on a 27' tri with limited amenities and would like to anchor of the beach, if possible.
Does anyone know if public bath houses are prevelant or will it be saltwater baths with freshwater rinse.

There are no public bathing facilities at the beach.
You can find showers at the marinas. You'll have to pay for this service.

Some beach resorts, have a "rinsing" shower, but they are not public.
