This is a marketing gimmick.. You are GIVEN the free tickets, but must pay full price rack rates plus for luxury hotels for a specific period of time in order to use them.

There are also lots of fees, taxes etc that go along with this. Nothing is free. It's to sell packaged vacations at full price.
