    Default rainy season/storm season

I will be taking a trip to the Bahamas soon and I want to plan right. I wanted to know when the storm seasons and rainy seasons are so I could plan accordingly. I would appreciate it greatly if anyone could post that info or email me at infectioussmile@yahoo.com

Rainy season is May-July. It rains quickly and is over in a few minutes. Some people don't even leave the beach.
June 1 thru Nov 30 is Hurricane Season. We rarely get hurricanes, but when they hit, you have plenty of warning. The last one was Michelle, in early October 2001. Late August thru the end of October is generally storm season. But, I must say, if a storm in not in the air,Sept / Oct weather is glorius. No humidity, cool evenings and the water is bathtub warm.

Sept thru Nov is off season, so there are far less people, and some restaurants are closed or are open fewer hours.
