I plan to purchase a parcel in Bahamas. Original focus was Eleuthera, but am open to other areas. Basic criteria: Buildable, on or near swim-able beach, Carribean blue water a must, ammenities on parcel or available without excessive expense, MUST be acessable via air from USA.
I intend to complete research & purchase within 12 months.
