Lucaya Service Company Limited and Grand Bahama Port Authority

I have not received my service charge for 2011 for land parcel in Lucaya Estates Unit 57. The phone number I have rings and rings and rings. I have tried for several days to no avail. Can someone please give me the contact number for either the Port Authority or Lucaya Service Company. The number I have is (242)352-6711. Please help! I have heard so many stories about this land and my parents have continued to pay service charges for well over 30 years. Any input or comments would be appreciated.

i've just taken over my parents investment in bahamas. we've just got our 2010 service charge. did your enquiries get you anywhere? your posting made me nervous.

I have a Bahamas lot as well. Unable to reach Lucaya about service charge bill for 2011. Has anyone found out any new info on this situation? Has anyone recently visited the property and can give an overview of development there? Thanks!

I to are waiting to receive the 2011 service charge. I did receive phone calls from the company and their law office in reference to the deed being changed over to me after my husband past away. They indicated that they will send it via mail and a signature is required. This was done about a month ago and as of today I still haven't received anything, but I do have a phone number when they called: 242-225-2162. I haven't called them yet to see if there is anyone there. So please let me know if you have any luck. If I receive any other calls or my paper work I'll let everyone know.

I to are waiting for the annual charges for 2010/ 2011. I do stay in Europe and ober the last 20 years everything went fine. The deed was changed from my dad to me in 2008. 2008/2009 also went fine...after that I didn't here anything from Lucaya Service Company. Now we moved and I wanted to infom them...no chance! Does anyone knows whether the company name has changed or was merged with another company?
