I just returned from a week in the Bahamas. We did a walking tour of Paradise Island and located an old church (I think) just of West of the Atlantis Resort and East of the lighthouse. It was also just East of the private residences and the yoga retreat. Unfortunately, we forgot to snap any photos.

Does anyone know anything about this church and how it came to be abandoned. It appears to have been very beautiful, in its day.

We really wanted to make it to the lighthouse, but the rocks were just
a bit too daunting.
