I oversee a very long standing business in Nassau, and every year I battle the same issues with renewing our business license. It seems that the criteria for passing a Health Inspection is entirely up to the person who comes to inspect.
I am looking for documentation that gives the guidelines and specifics on what we need to have done so that we can always maintain these standards and not just jump hoops for someone once a year. My biggest query on this is why I am being told that all of my staff need to get annual health certificates to work for me? We don't handle food? We are a service business?
If you have any info on this or even know a person who can clarify this, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.
