visa requirements question

My fiancee and I met in the mid east while working different projects. She is from Russia and I am from USA. We would like to get married around the Christmas holiday time period. We cant marry in the mid east where we met and it takes too long for paperwork for USA and in Russia the gov picks the date which may not be supported by my work schedule. We see different requirements for her visa requirements. On thebahamaguide.com site (updated Apr 22 2010) it shows she only needs her passport and can stay for 3 months which would be perfect. Can anybody verify or help me with this? I've always thought getting married in the Bahamas would be a dream place to wed - I want this to be a semi-surprise if possible.
