Conference Rooms Needed - Recommendations?

Seeking 2 small adjoining rooms (approx 400sf each) for 4 days of business meetings. 1 of the 2 rooms needs to have a kitchen, and ideally we could also rent a conference table that would seat a max of 12 people. Business offices, conference areas, and resort or villa rooms are all possibilities. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
