I am currently a Bahamian living in France and looking for a business opportunity to open a French Bar in Nassau. The will be catering to Tourist and Bahamians. So I am looking for an ideal location for the Bar which should accessible to both Tourist and the locals, in terms of location. At the present ideally a beach front property would be excellent, which would provide an opportunity to create a wonderful atmosphere drinking fine internationals beers and sipping away at some of the world well known wines, champagne, cognacs………

Would like any suggestion in terms of ideal locations or property for rent to locate the bar.
