I was deeded one acre of land on Cat island and would like to know about it. It was originally purchased in 1964 and it appears that development was planned then. The location is southwest of Devil's Point between Castle Bluff and Cove Creek. I was deeded Tracts 850 and 851 totaling one acre. Google Earth shows open land.
Has this land actually been developed and what might it's current value be?
Any information would be appreciated.
